Healthy Living Program: Health Fair

Event Description: 

After indulging in sweets and treats this holiday season, most of us will need a plan to get rid of a few extra pounds in the New Year. We want to help you stick to those New Years’ resolutions by providing a space to learn from health, fitness and nutrition experts. 

Join us at the Library on Saturday, January 16 from 10:00am - 5:00pm to participate in different exercise sessions from some of the Hat’s leading fitness experts and learn healthy eating tips/tricks from a dietitian.

10am - Bodyweight circuit training by Ally (Back Alley Fitness)
11am - Kickboxing by Dana (Elevation Fitness & Crosstraining)
12pm - Zumba by Jessica (Heartbreaker Fitness) & Lucky Seven’s workout by Kayla (Be Fit for Life)
1pm - Bodyweight circuit training by Lisa G. (Back Alley Fitness)
2pm - Yoga by Lisa S. (Awakened Yoga)
3pm - Kickboxing by Dana (Elevation Fitness & Crosstraining)
4pm - Pound Fit by Bev (YMCA)
