Doreen Vanderstoop, Calgary-based author of 'Watershed' will be in Medicine Hat for an author talk on Saturday, September 12 at 2:00 pm! To ensure safe physical distancing, we're hosting Doreen at the Band Shelter in Kin Coulee. We encourage you to read the book NOW and then join us in front of the Band Shelter prior to her author talk for a book discussion beginning at 1:00 pm. If you're still in isolation, watch for a recorded version of Doreen's talk to be released on our social media during the Culture Days weekend (September 25th). 

The book, Watershed is a fast-paced dystopian novel about family bonds in the face of climate change, set in near-future Alberta after the glaciers have gone.
