Library Closed Due to COVID-19

Effective immediately: The Library will be closed to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Posted on 15 March 2020 by Gillian.

In line with the news from earlier today about school closures and the closing of city-run public facilities, we have made the difficult decision to close the Library effective immediately. We have deemed this a necessary measure in order to limit the spread of COVID-19 in our community, and an important step in ensuring the health and safety of our staff and their families. We will continue to keep you updated on our social media pages (@MHPublicLibrary on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram) and right here on our MHPL BiblioFiles Blog.

We encourage our library cardholders to explore our eResources - eBooks, audiobooks, magazines, newspapers, online learning courses, and more - while you practice social distancing.

Stay safe and continue to spread kindness, friends!
