People come to Medicine Hat Public Library for many different reasons like borrowing materials, participating in programs, quiet study and just to hang out in our beautiful and welcoming space. Sometimes on top of whatever they came here for, they find a little extra.

Connecting at Storytime, these moms have found support and developed friendships that continue outside the library when the stories and the playtime are finished.

An older first-time mom, Susan Knight says, "I don’t have any moms that are going through the same stuff that I am right now. So connecting with these people at the library it’s huge."
